Conflicto de Competencia suscitado entre la Sala Civil Familia del Tribunal Superior de Villavicencio y el Juzgado Séptimo Administrativo Oral del Circuito de Villavicencio, en relación al trámite de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
La Corte Constitucional reitera jurisprudencia relacionada con la competencia de la Corporación para dirimir conflictos de competencia y las normas que determinan la competencia en materia de tutela.
Se decide el asunto ordenando enviar el expediente a la Sala Civil Familia del Tribunal Superior de Villavicencio para que sin más demoras continúe con el trámite de primera instancia y profiera decisión de fondo respecto del amparo solicitado.

- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el Auto proferido el dos (2) de abril de 2013 por la Sala Civil Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Villavicencio, mediante el cual se abstuvo de avocar conocimiento del asunto objeto de estudio.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela instaurada por William Aurelio Ramirez Ramirez contra la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Atencion y Reparacion Integral a las Victimas, el Ministerio de Vivienda, la Caja de Compensacion Familiar-COFREM, el Departamento Administrativo para la Prosperidad Social, la Alcaldia de Villavicencio y la Gobernacion del Meta, a la Sala Civil Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Villavicencio, para que sin mas demoras, continue con el tramite de la primera instancia y profiera decision de fondo respecto del amparo solicitado.
